We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. In response, we immediately initiated capacity expansion and usage throttling measures. However, to ensure system stability and service quality under heavy load, we have decided to make the following adjustments:

• Termination of the referral program and related rewards distribution, including 7-day free trials, free credits, and coupon codes. Already activated free trials and issued credits/coupons will remain valid.

• Effective Date: May 19, 2026, at 00:00 UTC.
