Promotion Details
Eligibility: Open to new and existing customers.
Promotion Period: October 30–November 2, 2026 (Pacific Time).
How to Participate: Select an eligible top-up option through this promotion and complete your payment in a single transaction.
Credit Availability: Bonus credits will be added to your account within one business day after successful payment and completion of any required verification. Your paid balance will be credited according to the standard top-up process.
Eligible Services: This promotion applies to Serverless Inference models only. GPU rentals, Dedicated Endpoints, subscription plans, and other ineligible services are excluded.
Combining Offers: This promotion cannot be combined with other top-up rewards or model-specific promotional offers.
Refund Terms
If a refund is approved for a promotional top-up transaction, eligibility for the bonus credits associated with that transaction will be canceled. Any unused bonus credits will be revoked. Any bonus credits already used will be treated as service usage charges associated with that transaction, at the amount originally applied, and deducted from the refundable paid amount.
Bonus credits themselves are non-refundable. These terms do not affect any refund rights you may have under applicable law.
Promotion Administration and Misuse
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Canopy Wave is responsible for interpreting and administering these promotion terms.
In cases of verified promotion abuse involving bulk or automated account registration, fraudulent payments, unauthorized use of payment methods, or other abusive practices, Canopy Wave may withhold or revoke the associated bonus credits. Affected customers will be notified of the reason and how to appeal.
Normal automated API usage does not constitute misuse under these terms.
These terms do not affect customers’ rights under applicable law. Subsequent changes to the promotion terms will not reduce benefits already promised for qualifying, legitimate transactions.
