2. Event Overview
Core Process ( 3 Steps to Rewards):

- Invite Trial Users: New users register with your code and card binding , you earn free credit.
- Invite Paying Users: New users subscribe to any Coding Plan or Unlimited Token Plan and remain subscribed with no refunds, you get rewarded.
3. Reward Rules
3.1 Rewards for Inviting Trial Users
- New Trial Users: 7-day free trial + $5 coupon (after registration and card binding)
- Referrers: $1 free credit per trial user (max $20 total; only for API calls)
*The free credit can only be used for API calls and cannot be used to purchase other Canopy Wave products.
3.2 Rewards for Inviting Paying Users
Referrers earn level-up rewards for each new tier reached, and all rewards are stacked cumulatively. The more paying users you invite, the more total rewards you will receive.

4. Reward Redemption Rules
4.1 Scope of Application
- $5 Coupon: Applicable for purchasing any plan under the Coding Plan or Unlimited Token Plan.
- $15 Coupon: Applicable for purchasing the Unlimited Token Plan 200M or 500M plans.
- $40 Coupon: Applicable for purchasing the Unlimited Token Plan 500M plan.
- Free Pass: Only redeemable for the corresponding specified plan; cannot be used as a discount for other plans or stacked with other offers.
4.2 Validity Period
- Coupons: Valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
- Free Pass: Valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
4.3 Usage Restrictions
- Must be used on the original price; cannot be combined with other discounts.
- All rewards are for the referrer's personal use only. Non-transferable, non-resellable, and non-exchangeable for cash.
- Each account can redeem a maximum of 1 Free Pass and 2 Coupons per month.
5. Referral Settlement Rules
- Settlement Time: When the number of invited paying users meets the tier requirement, the corresponding Level-Up Rewards will be issued within 3 business days.

During the event, the platform is not responsible for reissuing rewards if an invitation fails due to the user's own operational errors (e.g., incorrect referral code entry, the invitee not completing a purchase, etc.).
Referrers may not register or top up using their own referral code. No rewards will be issued for such orders.
The same account, device, payment information, or IP address will be deemed as a single user. Malicious bulk registration to exploit discounts is strictly prohibited.
For any behavior of obtaining rewards through technical means (e.g., bot brushing, malicious registration) or fraudulent transactions, once verified, the platform reserves the right to revoke event eligibility, recover issued rewards, and pursue legal liability.
The platform may adjust or supplement the event terms based on actual operation. Adjustments will be announced via official channels, and continued participation in the event constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
