Registration Issues
What is the difference between registering a personal account and a company account?
There is no functional difference between personal and company accounts in the daily use of the cloud platform. The main distinction lies in: after completing enterprise verification, you can apply to us to activate the prepaid feature. This feature allows your account balance to go negative, providing you with more flexible resource management and a better payment experience.
Payment Issues
How to Top Up Your Canopy Wave Cloud Platform Account?
You can add a credit card on the billing page to top up your account. Funds are credited instantly, and you can view your complete top-up and spending history anytime.
Are refunds supported after topping up?
Yes. To request a refund, contact our support team through any channel. Our staff will review and process your refund request.
How to generate an invoice?
On the billing page, click the "Generate Token Invoice" button in the top-right corner. This will generate an invoice listing all your current consumption models and amounts.
Can I still call the API when my balance is insufficient?
Due to temporary delays in the billing system, your balance may temporarily appear ≤ 0. Once your balance becomes negative, the model inference service will be temporarily unavailable. When you next top up your balance, the system will automatically prioritize offsetting any outstanding debts.
Will charges continue after deleting an API key?
Deleted API keys cannot be used and will incur no further charges. Historical spending details remain viewable on the billing page.
API Call Issues
How to obtain a Canopy Wave API Key?
After logging into the Canopy Wave cloud platform, navigate to Model API → Model API Key to request a new API Key. The Canopy Wave API follows the OpenAI format for compatibility.
What is the response time or latency?
The specific response time or latency is determined by multiple factors:
- The length and complexity of your request
- The server's current load and the geographical distance between the server and your location (our primary data center is in Iceland)
- Whether streaming is enabled
What are your RPM or TPM values, and do they impose any rate limits?
We currently do not impose rate limits on any users. RPM and TPM depend on the model you are using; please contact our support team for specific details.
